All our usual terms and conditions and policies apply to Hotel vouchers (also referred to as Gift Vouchers.)
You must be at least 18 years old in order to make a purchase.
E-vouchers can be redeemed for direct bookings only. Visit our website or contact us to check for availability. E-vouchers cannot be redeemed for group bookings.
The e-voucher value will be converted to the currency of choice based on the daily exchange rate.
If a booking exceeds the e-voucher value, the balance will be charged extra. Contact us to learn about the hotel’s payment methods.
Unredeemed e-vouchers are non-refundable, and may not be sold to a third party.
E-vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. E-vouchers that have expired will not be accepted.
Each e-voucher can only be used once. In cases when the e-voucher value exceeds the booking costs, this outstanding amount can be used during the hotel stay on food & beverages. Any unused e-voucher amount at the end of stay cannot be redeemed for cash.
E-vouchers must be used for a single booking and one e-voucher cannot be split between bookings.
E-vouchers are not valid in combination with any other offer.
Hatten Hotel reserves the right not to accept any e-vouchers that appear to be fraudulent.
The amount of the Government Tax is not included in the accommodation price. Government Tax: RM1.50 × 1 night × 1 room
